Dr. Ann Errichetti Moving to Presence Health in Chicago
Chicago area’s Presence Health is getting a new executive: Dr. Ann Errichetti. In April, Dr. Errichetti will leave her positions as CEO of St. Peter’s Hospital and Albany Memorial Hospital. She is presently also the vice president of acute care in Albany, New York on behalf of St. Peter’s Health Partners. Dr. Errichetti has been with St. Peter’s, that area’s largest health care system, since 2012.
There are over 12,500 people employed by St. Peter’s, including workers at St. Mary’s Hospital and Samaritan Hospital in Troy, New York.
Dr. Errichetti will join Presence Health in the Chicago area in the roles of chief operations officer and chief academic officer. Presence Health is the largest Catholic health system in the state of Illinois, with a total of 12 hospitals under its auspices. She will be responsible for acute care strategy and operations and will also lead Resurrection University and graduate medical education.
Dr. Errichetti earned her degree as a cardiologist from Harvard Medical School. She was a CEO of Day Kimball Hospital in Connecticut as well as the vice president of medical management at Good Samaritan Medical Center near Boston.
